Year 8's Festival Success

My highlight of the week was the Wacky Olympics because everyone participated and it was a lot of fun. One of my favorite parts was when we threw water at each other at the end. It was especially fun when the House Captains threw sponges at the teachers.

Another important activity of the week was cycling because I like cycling and it was good to do something different for PE.

The most important part of the week was the final performance of A Midsummer Night's Dream because we had been training for it for many weeks.

I really liked the Visual Art workshop because we did a "sculpture" in copper
We used a tool to carve in the copper, and we carved ancient greek mythical pictures.
It came out very well, we stuck the sheet of copper onto a black piece of cardboard, it looked like a real sculpture!

My favorite part of the week was the circus because there were a lot of activities to do and it was very fun. For example the trick 360 session when we were doing some
tricks with our legs.

I also really enjoyed the Wacky Olympics because it was very interesting and very fun, the best part was when we were throwing the sponges at the teacher.

My favourite part of the week has to have been the Wacky Olympics because it brought out a lot of fun and laughter as well as some healthy competition. There were lots of activities to take part in which were all light hearted and enjoyable.

I also enjoyed the voila voila circus, it was really fun and a great chance to experience new skills and arts. My favorite workshop there was the trick 360 one, we practiced tornado kicks and front flips.

Overall a really fun and enjoyable week.

My favourite part of the week was performing in the A MidSummer Night's Dream play. Even though it was nerve wracking and rehearsing was quite challenging, I really enjoyed being in the play and watching it all come together with all of the school's performances.
The most fun part of the week was the Wacky Olympics. I especially enjoyed when the house captains threw sponges at the teachers! Playing a variety of games (especially the water ones, Neptune!) was very fun and a good way to end the week.
