Holocaust Memorial Day takes place every year to pay tribute to the memory of the victims of the Holocaust and to demonstrate solidarity in combatting group targeted violence, racism and hatred.
This week in Theory of Knowledge, Year 12 students have been introduced to the Exhibition task that will form part of their assessed work for this course. The TOK Exhibition involves students choosing common objects from their day-to-day life and using them as a springboard to discuss issues of knowledge.
After the poetry was written and the winners announced, it was time for the English department to hand over the reigns of Power of Poetry to me, Mr. Blundell, and the drama department.
